Timeline

The airdrop and pre-staking will be split into 3 phases:

1. April 16, 2022 - Airdrop Staking Period

   • Starting April 16, 2022, the community can stake TXA token in a newly deployed pre-staking contract.

2. June 15, 2022 - TXA DAO Token Snapshot

   • After staking is closed, Project TXA will manually trigger a snapshot that will be used to calculate the amount of $TXAD to be airdropped,

3. Late June 2022 - Locked TXA Staking Phase: Starting in June, any community members with $TXA token in a seed or private round vesting contract may opt-in to staking all or part of their locked tokens after the airdrop.

Detailed Timeline

These dates are tentative as of March 15, 2022

• April 4 - Launch of stake.txa.app website

• April 7 - Code audit by 3rd-party security firm released

• April 16 - Airdrop Pre-Staking Period

• June 15 - Snapshot

• June 17 - Locked TXA Staking Phase (more details to come)
