Airdrop Details
One-Time Airdrop of TXA DAO Tokens (TXAD)
- Project TXA will conduct a one-time airdrop of a new token called TXAD.
- June 16, 2022 - The airdrop will occur based on the pre-staked, and locked TXA tokens.

Who Receives TXA DAO Tokens?
TXA DAO tokens will be airdropped to both stakers that lock TXA tokens and any seed or private round participants who still have locked and/or vesting tokens.
TXA DAO Tokens are NOT the same as TXA tokens.
More information will be given closer to the airdrop date. As always, Project TXA aims to have the utmost transparency in its operations.
General Timeline
The airdrop and pre-staking will be split into 3 phases:
- 1.April 18, 2022 - Airdrop Staking Period Starting mid April the community can stake TXA token in the new pre-staking contract.
- 2.June 16, 2022 - Airdrop Main Event
- 3.Late June 2022 - Locked TXA Staking Phase: Starting in June, any community members with $TXA token in a seed or private round vesting contract may opt-in to staking all or part of their locked tokens after the airdrop.
